Shipping & Delivery

The time for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time

Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are usually sent to our manufacturer for dispatch within 72 hours after the order is placed and payment is received.

Shipping time

This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.

• USA & Canada: Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance takes 2–4 weeks for delivery (if your item is in stock).

• Australia & New Zealand: Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance takes 2–4 weeks for delivery (if your item is in stock).

• U.K. & Europe: Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance takes 2–4 weeks for delivery (if your item is in stock).

• Other Countries: Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance takes 2–5 weeks for delivery (if your item is in stock).

Insured Shipping

If an item is lost in delivery or arrives damaged, we will send you a replacement item at no extra cost, provided sufficient proof is submitted.

Priority Insured Shipping

Your delivery is prioritized at the top of our daily orders list sent to our manufacturers. Depending on the order volume, delivery times may still be similar to Standard Shipping, but your item will also be fully insured.

Additional Information

• Some products may be shipped separately and arrive at different times, as we operate from multiple warehouses worldwide.

• Tracking numbers may take a few days to a week to update with the correct tracking information. We recommend using a 3rd party website such as 17track to track your order.

• For some countries, shipping may take longer than estimated due to local customs or postal delays.

• Depending on the volume of orders we receive, your shipment may take longer than usual. Rest assured, we are working hard to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible without compromising the quality of our products.

Change Requests

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@reewfy.com, and we will be happy to make the necessary changes.
If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately we will not be able to modify it. Please make sure to carefully check sizes, colors, and product details before completing your purchase.
